Hey, I'm Linus Gerber.

Frontend Developer & Discord Bot Builder

I'm a self-taught developer with a passion for creating clean, functional digital experiences. I started coding in 2021 out of curiosity — I wanted to build something that actually worked, something I could show to people and be proud of.

What started as tinkering with simple HTML pages quickly evolved into building full-featured Discord bots for communities, designing polished web interfaces, and constantly learning new techniques to make things look and feel better.

What I Build

Frontend Development is where I spend a lot of my time — crafting responsive websites, designing clean UIs, and paying close attention to the details that make a product feel premium. I work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, always aiming for code that's readable, maintainable, and fast.

Discord Bot Development is my other big passion. I build bots that solve real problems for server communities — from anti-RAID protection systems to EMS roleplay tools, moderation suites, and custom utility bots. Using discord.js v14 and Node.js, I love turning community needs into polished, reliable features.

My Journey

2021
First Lines of Code

Started learning HTML and CSS from scratch. Built my first static webpage — a simple personal page that looked terrible but felt like magic.

2022
Discovered JavaScript & Discord

Started learning JavaScript and stumbled into the world of Discord bot development. Built my first simple command bot for a small community server.

2023
Leveling Up

Moved to discord.js v14, learned slash commands, and started building more complex bots. Simultaneously deepened my frontend skills with animations and responsive layouts.

2024
Real Projects

Started to build real projects for imaginary clients and communities. Gained experience in project planning, debugging, and delivering polished products that are actually useful.

2025
Focus Time

Built advanced projects like the RAID Detection Bot and the EMS Protocol website. Focused on code quality, user experience, and building tools communities actually rely on.

2026
Today & Beyond

Continuously improving, taking on new challenges, and building a portfolio that reflects real skill and passion. Always learning, always shipping.
